Background
We have been addressing issues relating to artificial intelligence since 2018 and have been operating an AI-supported chatbot ever since.
Since 2023, we have been developing an information system based on modern large language models for advanced virtual support in the areas of data protection and information security.
The aim is to provide cost-effective, readily available and fast access to answers to general questions.
The application runs on IITR's own system in a data centre in Germany.
